ORDERING PROCEDURE


1   After you have confirmed your order you automatically receive a confirmation e-mail.

2   We FIRST check our stock before Faxing, SMS'ing or E-mailing you our Sales Order.

3   Our Sales Order contains our company and banking details plus postage and your personal Post Office tracking number.

4   Please fax a copy of your deposit slip to 086 610 9871

5. As soon as your deposit reflects on our bank account your parcel will be despatched.

6  Should you experience ANY problems trying to confirm your order, then please print out your Shopping Cart and fax this together with your name, address and contact number to 086 610 9871 and we will get back to you ASAP.
